We are a family-owned Lethbridge food producer that specializes in dessert sauces and sweet treats.

We celebrate our agricultural background and creativity with great friends and great food.

Our values

Quality, simplicity, and flavour!

Good food takes time, and we take the time.

We use simple ingredients like sugar, butter, fruits and berries. We don’t use emulsifiers or thickeners and rely on sugars, pectin, and temperature to produce our dessert sauces.

Simple indulgence means enjoying, really enjoying, life moments and food moments That’s why our Sauces lead with flavour.

We use glass bottles that are reusable and recyclable. We’ve chosen labels that are drip resistant and easy peel with no sticky residue left on the bottle to make it easier for you to reuse or recycle.

Our Sauces

Our signature sauce, Cocoa Sauce, is a chocolatey indulgence terrific over ice cream, in hot and cold beverages, to flavour and sweeten whipped cream, to drizzle over fruit and to use as a garnish for esserts. Imagine!

Toffee Sauce, a deliciously rich, butter Toffee flavour is fantastic in coffees and creamy beverages, over waffles, pies and ice cream, and to drizzle over apples, pears, and other fruits.

Berry Sauce, bursting with Saskatoons, strawberries and raspberries, is a bright addition to any smoothie or dessert.

A seasonal favourite is Cider Sauce, rich with apples and warm spices. A delicious addition to hot tea, desserts, and simply over oatmeal.

Our Path

Our journey with Round Box Foods began in 2022, beginning with product development, product consistency, and product testing.

2023 and 2024 brought us to Farmers’ Markets, craft and gift shows and to our first retail locations.

In 2025, we are committed to over 30 markets, into 13 retail locations, and to expanding our fundraising program.

We make our Sauces in small batches are are proud to be involved in every step: from production to delivery.

Supporting Canadian, Supporting Local

We are proud to be Made in Alberta.

We use quality ingredients, including beet sugar in all of our sauces, grown and processed right here in Southern Alberta. Our saskatoon berries have their roots here, too.

Our dairy products come from Canadian cows.

We source Cocoa, Spices, and some of our packaging outside of Canada.

Our Sauce production happens in Lethbridge, Alberta.
