Chocolatey Whipped Cream
Add 30ml (or a generous pour) Cocoa Sauce to a deep bowl that has been chilled.
Pour in 250ml heavy cream.
Beat until thick peaks form.

Whipped cream will keep shape when the beaters are removed. Top your favourite beverage, drizzle with more Cocoa Sauce and enjoy! Filled rolled pizelles, dip fruit, garnish cakes and cookies.
